Sweet Layers by Laura is an artisan Toronto brand dedicated to Colombian obleas, the filled wafer dessert found at fairs and on streets across Colombia.
Its obleas are prepared with homemade dulce de leche, Nutella, cheese, raspberry jam and whipped cream, and the brand also offers DIY kits to assemble them at home and, on some weekends, empanadas and buñuelos.
It works as a pop-up in Toronto venues and markets —such as its holiday season at The Well— and handles corporate catering, custom orders and private events coordinated through its official Instagram profile.
