Deli Tradition Colombienne, also known as Doña Lechona, is a Colombian family business in Montréal selling lechona, arepas and traditional baked goods to order, under the slogan “Saveurs de la Colombie, une vraie tradition”. Its specialty is lechona with crispy skin, served with arepa, in individual portions and in formats for gatherings.
Its range is completed by the Deli Pan and Deli Arepas brands: pan coco, roscones filled with bocadillo and arequipe, churros with bocadillo and arequipe, salpicón and other traditional treats, with Sunday deliveries and orders by WhatsApp.
In August 2026 it took its kiosk to the Festival à L'Île-des-Sœurs in Montréal, and for November and December it offers year-end lechona promotions for the family celebrations of the Colombian community.
