Emparepas Treats is a Colombian food business in Manitoba whose founders, Marcela Galindo and Nestor Ceron, have been serving authentic Colombian flavours at festivals across the province since 2009, as stated on its own site.
Its name joins two classics of Colombian cooking, empanadas and arepas, which are the centre of its festival food offering.
After years touring festivals in Manitoba, Emparepas opened its first physical location, bringing its Colombian festival cooking to a permanent space.
