Its catalogue brings together hand-picked varieties and estates: Caturra in its Estate Selection, Geisha in a limited reserve, Pink Bourbon in a special release and the San Bernardo coffee, grown at 2,000 metres above sea level, with SCA scores of 85.5 to 87.5 and notes of citrus, honey and sugarcane. Every bean is selected at peak maturity, picking only the ripest red cherries.
