About The Canadian Colombian Children's Organization
The Canadian Colombian Children's Organization (CCCO) is a registered charity based in Toronto, Ontario. It was founded in 1991 by a group of Colombian women concerned about the situation of displaced children in Colombia, and it received its charitable status in Canada in 2005.
The CCCO sponsors schools of children in need in Colombia, giving them the tools to succeed: values-based education, quality health and nutrition and caring personal support, with help to graduate from high school and bursaries for post-secondary studies.
With more than three decades of work and the celebration of its 35th anniversary in 2026, with a benefit gala and a golf tournament, the organization brings together volunteers, corporate sponsors and generous donors in Canada under one vision: building together a foundation for children to rise to their own potential.
