About Casa Cultural Colombiana
Casa Cultural Colombiana is a cultural and community organization in Toronto dedicated to preserving and promoting the culture, roots, traditions and folklore of Colombia in Canada. It celebrated its twentieth anniversary in 2023 and its board of directors is chaired by Claudia Montoya.
Its programming brings together cultural events, educational initiatives and social and community programs for Colombian and Latin American families in the Toronto area, such as the Colombo Picnic, a family day outdoors with music, food and community vendors.
In September 2026, through the Canada–Colombia Emergency Committee, the Casa promoted Colombiatón, a solidarity day in Mississauga benefiting the Hospital Departamental San Francisco de Asís in Quibdó, Chocó. Its official website publishes its contact email for the whole community.
