About Latinos Pastry
Latinos Pastry is a Colombian home bakery in Calgary, Alberta, created by chef Alejandro Vargas, who was born in Colombia and trained at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). From his kitchen in Calgary he prepares, to order, the flavours of his country's baking for the Colombian and Latin community of the city.
Its signature product is pandebono, the Colombian cheese bread roll, alongside buñuelos, almojábanas and empanadas, with Colombian table classics such as tamal tolimense and bandeja paisa on its menu. Its sweet range includes tres leches and other traditional preparations made to order.
